Potato Gratin Recipe

Cowbridge Kitchen

Potato Gratin are the ultimate French potatoes, thinly sliced potatoes baked in a cream and garlic sauce. The potatoes are then topped with a hard Italian cheese to form the crust (Gratin).

You can top the potatoes with any number of different cheese but i do like a strong Italian cheese for this recipe.

This Potato Gratin will add another dimension to any meal as an alternative to Mash Potato or Chips.

You can try different cheese with this for a different flavour. I would recomend sticking to a hard Italian cheese.
