The best way to ensure that any meat is cooked thoroughly it to use a meat temerature probe. If the meat is over 63c then it is cooked. Idealy you are looking for a temperature around 75c for Chicken.
The method we are going to show you is one of the best ways to keep Chicken moist and succulent when cooking.
1.Let it cool, cut it up and use it for a Chicken Salad.
2. Heat up a Griddle pan with some oil in it then Char grill the chicken for a few minutes before serving.
