Sprouts Roasted with Nuts

Cowbridge Kitchen

You either love them or hate them, but sprouts are a traditional part of any Christmas lunch.

When it comes to cooking Sprouts many people think that the only option is to boil or steam them, but this is not the case.

If you use your imagination Sprouts don't have to be boring. In this recipe we have part cooked the sprouts then mixed them up with some assorted nuts and roasted them in the oven.

The flavour of the roasted nuts infuse with the sprouts and completely change the flavour.
