Sweet Chilli Chicken Recipe

Cowbridge Kitchen

This is probably one of my favourite dishes, a spicy chicken breast steam cooked in the oven and marinated in a sweet chilli sauce.

I had a meal similar to this a long time ago and ever since I have loved the contrast of Spicy Sweet Chilli Chicken with the Cold Potato Salad it is a perfect blend between a spicy and Cool.

For the chilli sauce I have just used a bottle of Chilli Sauce, but you can make your own if you prefer. As I have said, this Sweet Chilli Chicken is perfect served with Potato Salad.
